Female Bank Marketer Dies of Hypertention - not able to meet 1 Trillion Naira target

Information has it that beautiful female banker  Mrs. Solabomi Olugbemi  with Access Bank Ikeja, lost her life due to hypertension over inability to meet her target of over 1 trillion Naira. The 29 year old mother of three told her friends that she had been to the hospital and was diagnosed with high blood pressure as a result of stress.

Cynthia Osokogu: Hotel employees sacked, Burial Date: Sept 7th

There were indications on Wednesday that Cosmilla Hotel, Amuwo Odofin, where Cynthia Osokogu was killed, had sacked some of its employees.

Although the Commissioner of Police Lagos State Command, Mr. Umar Manko, said no employee of the hotel was suspected of being complicit, the hotel management reportedly sacked the employees on duty on the day that he was killed for negligence.

One of the alleged killers, Okwumo Nwabufo, had said he spent 12 hours, between 9pm on July 21, 2012 and 12pm of July 22, with the deceased before her death.

Man who claims to be a '700 year old spirit' arrested by Police in Kano State for Fraud

Nura Hamza was arrested by Kano State police on the 23rd of August for fraud. He also claimed to be a 700 year old spirit. It was gathered that his arrest was carried out following complaint from one of his victims, who said that the suspect called him persistently claiming to be a 700 year old spirit. The suspect directed his victim to source money and take it to a near by bush for spiritual rights. The victim deposited N800,000 as directed by the suspects after which he (victim) informed his relatives. The suspect was lured to a destination by the police and was arrested. They found seven pieces of fake $100 bills, three bundles of cut-to-size papers with pretext to be $100, four MTN SIM certificates, three motorcycles, generator and one mobile phone.”

Is he truely a spirit? The police are human...lol!

S'East Govs Condemn Cythia's killers: 'they are not worthy to live among men'

South East Governors on sunday, condemned the killing of Cynthia Osokogu, daughter of a rtd Major General murdered by friends she met through a social network. Anambra state Governor, Obi, described Cynthia’s killers as “wicked and barbaric people”, adding that they are “not worthy to live among men”. He also stated that  “We have got to a stage where we have completely lost our sense of values and this is at the root of our problem as a country. What we need at this time is ethical re-birth that will reshape our psyche to embrace things that are ennobling and will return our society to the path of virtue.”
Cynthia's death is truely a sad one and will not be forgotten in a hurry. May her soul RIP and may God Almight console her family. Amen

These pictures make me worry about the safety of Nigerians living within close proximity to the beach as I ponder what may happen in future; the situation seems to be getting worse. There are reports that 16 people are missing and 4 turned up dead. Do we have the neccessary equiptment to manage a sunami? God forbid one occurs. What exactly are the Federal and State Government doing about this situation? Are there necessary measures in place to avoid another? God help and protect us...

Cynthia Valerie Osokogu Found Dead: Killers Apprehended...

The search for Cynthia Osokogu by family, friends and the Police is now over. She was found dead in a morgue in Lagos. Cynthia was reported missing late July, 2012 as she was said to have left Abuja for Lagos to purchase goods for her fashion store. She was the only daughter of a retired Major General and Mrs Osokogu.

Kristen Stewart upset for being more Blamed instead of Rupert Sanders

Kristen Stewart hasn't been a very happy person since she got exposed for cheating with her Snow White movie director 'Rupert Sanders'. Though she accepted her faults and apologised, she is so upset that she's the only one made to take the fall. Rupert Sanders is 44 and she is just 22, who should be blamed more?
In my opinion she's not a baby neither is she naive, obviosly more popuar than this director and has mored fan base than he does, played a key role in 'Twilight movie', one of the most sought and watched movies in the world. Hence, she gained so much popularity. What kind of reaction she was she really expecting? Rupert Sanders was just too silly for taking advantage of her like that.

Kim K and Kris H: Seemingly endless divorce saga

There are speculations that their divorce saga may likely drag on till next year. Marshall Waller, Kris H's attorney said he wants to prove that the marriage was a fraud as Kim K had no intention to continue the marriage. He also stressed that it was all for her show and to make money.
Meanwhile, Kanye West, now Kim's boyfriend, wants Kris H out of the picture for GOOD! Kimye (as they are popularly called) hate to be apart from each other and their relationship is definately getting stronger as rumours of marriage is circulating.
