KANYE WEST OR "YEEZUS" WEST???

It's ludicrous to imagine that Kanye would actually use this artwork which surfaced online a few days ago as his official album cover with its already controversial YEEZUS title.
But given the antics of Mr. West, we cannot put it past him. Well, it's fingers crossed for now. The dude apparently won't stop at calling himself a god, now he also wants to be Jesus?

KAREN FAYE SHARES MOMENTS ABOUT MJ's LAST DAYS: 'He was acting like a person I didn't recognise'

Karen Faye, Late Michael Jackson's make-up artist for 27 years shared details about the Late singer's last days. Michael seemed paranoid, speaking to himself and shivering from cold chills. Faye testified; "This is not the man I knew, he was acting like a person I didn't recognize".

She stated that Michael was indeed very excited about the show initially when the organizers of the show "AEG live" brought it to his knowledge. Faye had toured with Michael during his previous shows; Bad, Dangerous and History shows, hence the moment she knew about the 'This is it' concert's schedule she felt the timing was too short for Michael, considering his health and knew that he would need a lot more time to get in shape for the show as he was really thin and needed to put on some body mass and body muscle.

There were times when Michael refused to rehearse as he was stressing and put under series of pressure. He kept talking to himself and repeating same thing over and over again saying "why can't I choose". Faye grew deeply concerned and tried speaking to the concert director, Kenny Ortega and AEG Co. CEO, Paul Gongaware, about it, but they simply rebuffed her; Gongaware shouting that Michael be put back on stage to rehearse despite his reluctance. She was also told to do what they say and not what Michael wanted.

"Would you agree that the AEG show promoters are also guilty in the death of the late singer?"

NIGERIANS, ARE WE AT WAR???

Victor Ehikhamenor is a visual artist, photographer and writer. His writing has appeared in The New York Times, Washington Post, AGNI, and Premium Times. He is the author of the non-fiction book on Nigeria, "Excuse Me!" and is a resident of Nigeria and the U.S. Twitter: @victorsozaboy
(CNN) -- The corpse of another man's mother always looks like firewood from afar, so says an African proverb. Until recently, terrorism, war and the accompanying human carnage in far-away countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria and many other troubled countries meant just more news of the crazy world out there. Not because of my lack of empathy, but distance can be a ready-made palliative for pain.
Now, that distant and macabre dance of death that once seemed so far away on TV has come upon my country, Nigeria, with a big bang.

Suicide bombing, towns and villages getting blown up, allegations of extra-judicial killings by the police and the military, kidnappings, terrorist attacks on government establishments -- total confusion and a lack of solutions to the violence is no longer just news, but a terrifying daily reality show.
In the current wave of violence, especially in the northern and middle belt of the country, which has culminated in President Goodluck Jonathan declaring a state of emergency in the three states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe, one is at a loss as to where the country is headed in its near future.

ON GAY MARRIAGE

I would love to say I respect the human rights of people who are attracted to other people of the same sex but sadly, I can't help but express my sheer revulsion at the fact that we now flaunt our sins about and wear it on our faces as if the fact that we are weak is now morally right.
Oh well, no be say na me holy pass so I wish the newly wed couple everything they wish themselves.
